Replacement of redundant water pipes

Replacement of redundant water pipes in Ashton, Robertson, Bonnievale and McGregor (Phase 3). Tender documents are obtainable from: The Manager Civil Engineering Services, Municipal Office, Langeberg Municipality, 28 Main Road, Ashton from 5 October 2012 at a non refundable deposit of R250,00 per set. No cash deposit will be accepted. Cheques to be made payable to the Langeberg Municipality. Tender documents will also be available at the compulsory site meeting with prior arrangement with the Manager Civil Engineering Services. A compulsory site inspection for tenderers will be held at 12:00 on 16 October 2012 at the Ashton Offices, 28 Main Road. Tenderers must be in possession of a valid CE6 CIDB certificate. Tenders in sealed envelopes, clearly marked, TENDER Nr. LM 47/2012, must be placed in the tender box at the municipal offices in Ashton, 28 Main Road, not later than 12:00 on Friday, 9 November 2012. Tenders which are not submitted in a properly marked and sealed envelope and tenders which are received after the closing time will not be considered. Tenders received by facsimile or e-mail will not be accepted and/or considered. The Langeberg Municipality is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and reserve the right to accept any tender either wholly or a part thereof.
